Refund Policy

Request a return or exchange

Contact ganiyuwuc80@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. This is the time to submit your request, rather than a deadline for the parcel to reach a warehouse. Include the order number, checkout email, item and reason.

Eligible merchandise

We accept eligible returns of new merchandise, including a change of mind or a mistaken selection. Non-defective items must be new, unused and in their original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods can also be reported; a damaged item does not have to be undamaged to qualify for assistance. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain available.

Approval before mailing

Please obtain approval and the correct return address before sending anything back. Our mailing address is not automatically a returns warehouse. Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is missing or lost. Use the label only after approval and follow the confirmed instructions. There is no restocking fee or equivalent handling fee.

Exchanges and refunds

Eligible exchanges are accepted, subject to review and available replacement stock. Once a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. The free return label does not establish a separate promise of free outbound shipping.
