From order to dispatch

We deliver to supported United States addresses. After payment authorization, allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Transit is a separate stage: delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from these business-day estimates. These windows do not guarantee arrival on a particular date.

Address and delivery charges

Review your street address, apartment or unit, and postal code before completing checkout. Available delivery services and any applicable charge are presented at checkout for your order and destination. Contact us promptly about an address mistake; a change may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Following your parcel

Use the shipment information provided for your order to follow delivery progress. Tracking can take time to update. Weather, carrier disruption or other unexpected events can affect the estimate.

When something goes wrong

For a delayed, missing, damaged or apparently delivered parcel you cannot locate, email ganiyuwuc80@gmail.com with your order number and available tracking details. Include photographs when reporting damage, and retain the packaging while the issue is investigated. We will help review the shipment and the appropriate next steps.
