Using the store

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person’s information or attempt unauthorized access. Site content and product names may be protected by their respective owners’ intellectual-property rights. Access does not transfer those rights.

Products and orders

Read the listing and selected options before placing an order. We seek accurate product information, but an error may need correction; we will address an affected order rather than imply that an incorrect listing creates a guaranteed entitlement. An order submission requests a purchase and remains subject to payment authorization, availability and acceptance.

Prices, payment and delivery

Amounts are in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Use accurate billing and delivery details. Processing is 1–2 business days after authorization, and estimated transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, as described in the Shipping Policy. These are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Returns and customer rights

Eligible new, unused non-defective items and damaged, defective or otherwise incorrect goods can be submitted for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Obtain approval before mailing; the package includes a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee applies. Exchanges depend on review and stock. Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, with bank posting time additional. The Refund Policy gives the full procedure. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The Privacy Policy covers information handling. Contact Contact Us about these terms or an order. We may update terms for future use; changes do not remove rights already applicable to an accepted purchase. Any limitation operates only to the extent permitted by law.
